DECISION
Regarding the issuance of the Model Records and Decisions for Administrative Sanctions in the Field of Veterinary Medicine
Pursuant to the Inspection Law on June 15, 2004;

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Complaints and Accusations Law on December 2, 1998 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Complaints and Accusations Law on June 15, 2004;
Pursuant to the Administrative Violation Handling Ordinance on July 2, 2002; Government Decree No. 134/2003/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2003 detailing certain provisions of the Administrative Violation Handling Ordinance in 2002;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 129/2005/NĐ-CP dated October 17, 2005 on administrative sanctions for violations in the field of veterinary medicine;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Issued herewith is the Model Records and Decisions for Administrative Sanctions in the Field of Veterinary Medicine.
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace the model records issued together with Circular No. 03 NN-TY/TT dated April 8, 1994 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development (now the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development).
