Regarding the issuance of the Regulation on the examination of international treaties

THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on the Conclusion, Accession and Implementation of International Treaties dated June 14, 2005;

Pursuant to Decree No. 62/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 6, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;

To implement the directive of the Prime Minister in Document No. 1815/VP-QHQT dated April 5, 2006, assigning the Minister of Justice to examine and issue the Regulation on the examination of international treaties based on the provisions of the Law on the Conclusion, Accession and Implementation of International Treaties;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of International Law.

DECISION:

Article 1. The attached Regulation on the examination of international treaties is hereby issued.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Government agencies, and Heads of units under the Ministry of Justice are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
