Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources;
Pursuant to Decision No. 224/1999/QĐ-TTg dated December 8, 1999 of the Prime Minister approving the Program for the Development of Aquaculture during the period 1999-2010;
At the proposal of the Director of the Fisheries Cultivation Department,

Article 1. The attached Decision hereby promulgates the Regulation on Management of Shrimp Farming Areas and Facilities under Safety Standards.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. Heads of Departments, Inspectorate, Office of the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Fisheries Services, Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development with fisheries management responsibilities, Chairman of the Vietnam Fishery Association, Heads of units directly under the Ministry of Aquatic Resources are responsible for implementing this decision.
