THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
In accordance with the proposal of the Director General of the Science and Technology Department and the General Director of Vietnam Water and Environment Company in the report No. 614/CV-NMT,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates one Technical Regulation for Construction of Vietnam:
Technical Regulation for Construction VN 33:2006 "Water Supply - Pipeline Network and Works - Design Standards"
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Head of the Office of the Ministry, the Director General of the Science and Technology Department, and the Heads of related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
