BASED ON THE PROTEST AND ACCUSATION LAW IN 1998 AND LAWS AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE PROTEST AND ACCUSATION LAW IN 1998;

BASED ON THE INSPECTION LAW IN 2004;

BASED ON THE CIVIL EXECUTION ORDER IN 2004;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 136/2006/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 14, 2006 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING DETAILED PROVISIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE PROTEST AND ACCUSATION LAW AND LAWS AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE PROTEST AND ACCUSATION LAW;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 62/2003/NĐ-CP OF JUNE 6, 2003 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE;

PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHIEF INSPECTOR,

DECISION:

Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE REGULATION ON THE SETTLEMENT OF COMPLAINTS AND ACCUSATIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE.

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.

Article 3. THE CHIEF INSPECTOR, THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE LEGAL DEPARTMENTS, AND DIRECTORS OF CITY LEGAL DEPARTMENTS DIRECTLY SUBORDINATE TO THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
