Article 1. This Decision promulgates one Technical Construction Standard of Vietnam:
Technical Construction Standard VN 383 : 2007 "Fire-resistant materials - Magnesia mortar"
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, and the Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
