BASED ON THE MEDICINE LAW PROMULGATED ON JUNE 14, 2005 AND DECREE NO. 79/2006/ND-CP OF AUGUST 9, 2006 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE MEDICINE LAW;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 49/2003/ND-CP OF MAY 15, 2003 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE HEAD OF THE TREATMENT DEPARTMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH,

Article 1. ATTACH HERETO IS THE "BLOOD TRANSFUSION REGULATION" WITH THIS DECISION.
Article 2. THE "BLOOD TRANSFUSION REGULATION" SHALL BE APPLIED IN BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE HEALTH CARE FACILITIES.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND REPEAL DECISION NO. 937/BYT-QD OF SEPTEMBER 4, 1992 OF THE MINISTER OF HEALTH ISSUING THE "BLOOD TRANSFUSION ORDER".
Article 4. THE DIRECTORS OF THE OFFICE, HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, CHIEFS OF INSPECTORATE, HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, DIRECTORS OF BUREAUS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH, DIRECTORS OF HOSPITALS AND INSTITUTE DIRECTORS WITH BEDS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH, DIRECTORS OF HEALTH SERVICES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND HEADS OF HEALTH SECTORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
