of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 2003;
Pursuant to the Law on Credit Institutions 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Credit Institutions 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 52/2003/ND-CP dated May 19, 2003, issued by the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;
At the proposal of the Head of the Payment Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Amend Point 3 of Appendix No. 3 of the Regulations on the banking code system used in payment transactions through the State Bank of Vietnam issued together with Decision No. 02/2006/QĐ-NHNN dated January 18, 2006 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam as follows:
Change the name of the commercial joint-stock bank Rural Commercial Joint Stock Bank Haiphong to Ocean Commercial Joint Stock Bank and retain the original sequential code of the bank as follows:

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from February 26, 2007.
Article 3.
