THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to Decision No. 61/2007/QĐ-TTg dated May 7, 2007 of the Prime Minister approving the National Key Scientific and Technological Research Program for the Development of Pharmaceutical Industry Industrialization until 2020;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2610/QĐ-BCN dated July 30, 2007 of the Minister of Industry (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade) establishing the Inter-Ministerial Steering Committee of the National Key Scientific and Technological Research Program for the Development of Pharmaceutical Industry Industrialization until 2020;
At the proposal of the Director of the Heavy Industry Department; the Director of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department; the Head of the Pharmaceutical Chemicals Office,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto is the Regulation on the Operation, Management, and Administration of the National Key Scientific and Technological Research Program for the Development of Pharmaceutical Industry Industrialization until 2020.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s Office, Directors of the Departments of Heavy Industry, Science and Technology, Organization and Cadre Affairs, Finance, International Cooperation; the Head of the Pharmaceutical Chemicals Office, Heads of units under the Ministry of Industry and Trade; Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision.
