for vocational secondary schools and vocational colleges

THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2007/QD-BLDTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on issuing the framework program for intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level;

At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the physical education curriculum for vocational secondary schools and vocational colleges to be taught during the intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level courses.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 1136/2003/QD-BLDTBXH dated September 11, 2003 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on issuing the physical education curriculum for long-term vocational training schools and classes.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees, Chairpersons of municipal People's Committees under central jurisdiction, Director of the Ministry's Office, General Directors of the Vocational Training General Department, Principals of vocational colleges, Principals of vocational secondary schools, Principals of specialized secondary schools, college principals, university principals with registered vocational training activities at the intermediate and higher levels, Heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
