BASED ON THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS dated November 12, 1996 and THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS dated December 16, 2002;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 161/2005/ND-CP dated December 27, 2005 of THE GOVERNMENT providing detailed regulations and guidance on the implementation of certain provisions of THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS and THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 187/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of THE GOVERNMENT stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 122/2004/ND-CP dated May 18, 2004 of THE GOVERNMENT stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and legal system organization of MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, SPECIALIZED AGENCIES UNDER PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AND DIRECTLY-CONTROLLED STATE ENTERPRISES;
At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE "REGULATIONS ON DRAFTING, REVIEWING, ISSUING, REVISING AND SYSTEMATIZING LEGAL DOCUMENTS".
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FIFTEEN (15) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND SHALL REPLACE DECISION NO. 12/2007/QD-BBCVT dated June 6, 2007 of THE MINISTER OF POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF DEPARTMENTS, DIRECTORS OF BUREAUS, HEADS OF ORGANIZATIONS AND UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS AND OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
