Regarding the issuance of the Regulations on the organization and operation of the Advisory Board for the removal and transplantation of non-regenerative body parts from living persons

THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to the Law on Organ Donation, Removal, Transplantation, and Body Donation dated November 29, 2006;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment - Ministry of Health,

DECISION:

Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the Regulations on the organization and operation of the Advisory Board for the removal and transplantation of non-regenerative body parts from living persons.

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of all Departments, the Directors of all Bureaus under the Ministry of Health, the Directors of Health Services of provinces and centrally-administered cities, hospitals directly under the Ministry of Health, and the Heads of Health Services of all sectors are responsible for implementing this Decision.
