CIRCULAR
ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS
RELATED TO SHIP RULES RELATED TO SHIPS
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport.
Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration and the Head of the Science and Technology Department;
The Minister of Transport hereby issues this Circular on National Technical Regulations related to ship rules.
Article 1This Circular promulgates 11 National Technical Regulations related to ship rules as follows:
1. National Technical Regulation on Classification and Construction of Floating Cradles. Code: QCVN 55:2013/BGTVT.
2. National Technical Regulation on Classification and Construction of Ships Made of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic. Code: QCVN 56:2013/BGTVT.
4. National Technical Regulation on Submerged Bell Systems. Code: QCVN 58:2013/BGTVT.
5. National Technical Regulation on Cargo Refrigeration Systems. Code: QCVN 59:2013/BGTVT.
6. National Technical Regulation on Automatic and Remote Control Systems. Code: QCVN 60:2013/BGTVT.
7. National Technical Regulation on Machinery Maintenance and Control Systems. Code: QCVN 61:2013/BGTVT.
8. National Technical Regulation on Bridge Structures. Code: QCVN 62:2013/BGTVT.
9. National Technical Regulation on Measurement of Ship Volumes. Code: QCVN 63:2013/BGTVT.
Article 2This Circular takes effect from November 1, 2013.
Article 3The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Inspectorate, Departments, Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
