Issuing the List of Equipment for Vocational Training at Intermediate Vocational Level and Higher Vocational Level
for the following trades: Agricultural Machinery Technology; Construction Machinery Repair; Electrical Installation and Control Technology in Industry; Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing; Ship Hull Manufacturing

Pursuant to the Vocational Education Law on November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration;
The Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular stipulating the list of equipment for vocational training at intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level for the following trades: Agricultural Machinery Technology; Construction Machinery Repair; Electrical Installation and Control Technology in Industry; Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing; Ship Hull Manufacturing as follows:
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from July 8, 2013.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, provincial People's Committees, the General Department of Vocational Training, intermediate vocational schools, higher vocational schools, specialized intermediate vocational schools, higher education institutions, universities that have registered to provide training in these trades, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular. Any difficulties encountered during implementation should be promptly reported to the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution.
