Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2010/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2010 of the Government stipulating on recruitment, utilization, and management of civil servants;
Pursuant to Decree No. 61/2012/NĐ-CP dated August 10, 2012, promulgated by the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
At the proposal of the Director of the Civil Servant - Public Official Department, Ministry of Home Affairs:
The Minister of Home Affairs issues this Circular to repeal Article 19 of Circular No. 13/2010/TT-BNV dated December 30, 2010 of the Ministry of Home Affairs detailing certain provisions on recruitment and promotion of civil servants under Decree No. 24/2010/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2010 of the Government on recruitment, utilization, and management of civil servants (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 13/2010/TT-BNV) as follows:
Article 1. Legal Provisions to be Repealed
Repeals Article 19 of Circular No. 13/2010/TT-BNV regarding transitional provisions for civil servant grade promotion examinations and Appendix No. 5 issued together with Circular No. 13/2010/TT-BNV.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from September 1, 2013.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees, municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
