Circular No. 06/2017/TT-BGDĐT promulgates the Regulation on Combined Work and Study Program at Bachelor's Degree Level to provide detailed regulations regarding admission, organization of training, and management of educational activities for workers currently employed in agencies and units. CIRCULAR
Issuing the Regulation on Combined Work and Study Training Program at the undergraduate level trình độ ||| Level đại học ||| university level
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Education Law dated November 25, 2009;
Pursuant to the Higher Education Law dated June 18, 2012;
Pursuant to Decree No. 123/2016/ND-CP dated September 1, 2016 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 115/2010/NĐ-CP dated December 24, 2010 of the Government stipulating responsibilities for state management in education;
Pursuant to Decree No. 141/2013/NĐ-CP dated October 24, 2013 of the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Higher Education Law;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Higher Education,
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular on Combined Work and Study Training Program at the undergraduate level:
Article 1. This Circular annexes the Regulation on Combined Work and Study Training Program at the undergraduate level.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from May 1, 2017 and revokes the provisions on admission and training at the undergraduate level in Decision No. 62/2008/QĐ-BGDĐT dated November 25, 2008 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Regulation on Admission to Undergraduate and College Programs through Combined Work and Study, Circular No. 15/2011/TT-BGDĐT dated April 9, 2011 amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Regulation on Admission to Undergraduate and College Programs through Combined Work and Study promulgated together with Decision No. 62/2008/QĐ-BGDĐT dated November 25, 2008, and Decision No. 36/2007/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated June 28, 2007 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Regulation on Undergraduate and College Training through Combined Work and Study.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, Directors of Departments under the Ministry of Education and Training, Heads of relevant units within the Ministry of Education and Training; Heads of higher education institutions, organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
