CIRCULAR
BIssuing Economic and Technical Standards for Operating, Exploiting, and Maintaining the Ship Security Alert System
On the basis of the Government's Decree NUMBER 12/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 10, 2017, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
On the basis ofứ Decree No. 170/2016/N3. Amend Clause 3 Article 2 as follows:-CP dated December 27, 2016 of the Government stipulating the publication, receipt, processing, and transmission of maritime security information;
At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration and the Director of the Department of Science and Technology,
The Minister of Transport issues this Circular on Economic and Technical Standards for Operating, Exploiting, and Maintaining the Ship Security Alert System.
Article 1.
Attached to this Circular are the Economic and Technical Standards for Operating, Exploiting, and Maintaining the Ship Security Alert System (hereinafter referred to as the SSAS System).
Article 2 This Circular takes effect from April 1, 2018.
Article 3 The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration, and the Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
