Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2018 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 31/2015/NĐ-CP dated March 24, 2015 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Employment regarding the assessment and issuance of national vocational skill certificates;
At the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Vocational Education;
The Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs hereby issues this Circular stipulating the list of facilities and equipment for assessing national vocational skills for the occupations of Underground Mine Extraction Technology; Underground Mine Construction Technology; and Underground Mine Electrical and Mechanical Technology at skill levels 1, 2, and 3.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the list of facilities and equipment for assessing national vocational skills for the following occupations at skill levels 1, 2, and 3:
1. The occupation "Underground Mine Extraction Technology" as specified in Appendix I;
2. The occupation "Underground Mine Construction Technology" as specified in Appendix II;
3. The occupation "Underground Mine Electrical and Mechanical Technology" as specified in Appendix III;
Article 2. This Circular applies to agencies, organizations, and individuals involved in issuing certificates and conducting activities related to the assessment and issuance of national vocational skill certificates for the aforementioned three occupations at skill levels 1, 2, and 3.
Article 3. This Circular takes effect from September 15, 2018.
Article 4. The General Department of Vocational Education and Training, Departments of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of provinces and centrally governed cities, organizations that have been granted certification for the assessment and issuance of national vocational skill certificates, and organizations applying for such activities for the aforementioned three occupations, and relevant units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
