CIRCULAR

Issuing the List of Place Names for Population, Topography, Hydrography, and Socio-Economic Purposes to Serve the Creation of Maps for Ha Nam Province

for the purpose of establishing a map of Ha Nam province

Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2015/NĐ-CP dated May 6, 2015 of the Government on Surveying and Mapping Activities;

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017 of the Government stipulating the Functions, Tasks, Authorities, and Organizational Structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam National Survey Center and the Head of the Legal Department;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment hereby issues the List of Place Names for Population, Topography, Hydrography, and Socio-Economic Purposes to Serve the Creation of Maps for Ha Nam Province.

Article 1. This Circular annexes the List of Place Names for Population, Topography, Hydrography, and Socio-Economic Purposes to Serve the Creation of Maps for Ha Nam Province.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from October 22, 2018.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial people's committees, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
