Issuing the List of Settlement Names, Topographic, Hydrographic, Economic and Social Features
to serve the work of establishing the land map of Ninh Binh province
Pursuant to the Law on Surveying and Mapping dated June 14, 2018;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM GEODETIC, CARTOGRAPHIC AND GEO-INFORMATION AGENCY AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT;
The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular on the List of Place Names, Topography, Hydrography, and Socio-Economic Information for the purpose of establishing the land map of Ninh Binh province.
Article 1. This Circular annexes the List of Place Names, Topography, Hydrography, and Socio-Economic Information for the purpose of establishing the land map of Ninh Binh province.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from August 14, 2019.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
