CIRCULAR
ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF THE CONTENT REVIEW BOARD FOR EXHIBITIONS
Pursuant to Decree No. 79/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 17, 2017, of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decree No. 23/2019/NĐ-CP dated February 26, 2019 of the Government on exhibition activities;
At the proposal of the Director of the Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition Department;
THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM issues this Circular on the Regulations on the organization and operations of the Content Review Board for Exhibitions.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular are the Regulations on the organization and operations of the Content Review Board for Exhibitions and appendices including:
1. Form No. 01: Record of opinions of members of the Content Review Board for Exhibitions
2. Form No. 02: Decision establishing the Content Review Board for Exhibitions
3. Form No. 03: Minutes of meetings of the Content Review Board for Exhibitions.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 25, 2019.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition, Heads of units related to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, Directors of Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Departments of Culture and Sports, Heads of agencies, organizations and individuals related to the matter are responsible for implementing this Circular.
