CIRCULAR
Amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular No. 205/2016/TT-BTC dated September 9, 2016 on admission fees for the Vietnam Women's Museum
Pursuant to the Law on Fees and Charges dated November 15, 2015;
On admission fees for the Vietnam Women's Museum
Pursuant to the Law on Fees and Charges dated November 25, 2015;
Pursuant to Decree No. 120/2016/NĐ-CP dated August 23, 2016 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Fees and Charges;
Pursuant to Decree No. 87/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 26, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Tax Policy;
The Minister of Finance issues this Circular amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular No. 205/2016/TT-BTC dated September 9, 2016 stipulating the levels of collection, management, and use of admission fees for the Vietnam Women's Museum.
Article 1. Amend and supplement Clause 4 of Circular No. 205/2016/TT-BTC dated September 9, 2016 as follows:
"Article 4. Fee Levels
The level of admission fees for the Vietnam Women's Museum shall be as follows:
1. For adults: VND 40,000 per person per visit.
2. For students, high school students (apprentices) in universities, colleges, secondary schools, vocational training institutions; members of the Vietnam Women's Union: VND 20,000 per person per visit.
3. For children, primary and secondary school students: VND 10,000 per person per visit.
4. Students, high school students, apprentices referred to in Clause 2 and Clause 3 of this Article are those holding student cards issued by educational institutions within the national education system in Vietnam.
Children referred to in Clause 3 of this Article are those aged from six to under sixteen years old. In cases where it is difficult to determine whether they belong to this age group, they must present their birth certificate, passport, identity card, or any other document proving that they are between six and under sixteen years old."
Article 2. Implementation clause
1. This Circular takes effect from March 18, 2020.
2. During the implementation process, if there are difficulties, organizations and individuals are requested to promptly report them to the Ministry of Finance for research and supplementary guidance./.
