CIRCULAR

ISSUING THE LIST OF POPULAR NAMES, TOPOGRAPHIC, HYDROGRAPHIC, AND ECONOMIC-SOCIAL PLACE NAMES FOR THE TASK OF ESTABLISHING THE PROVINCE OF KON TUM MAP

PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS

Pursuant to the Law on Surveying and Mapping dated June 14, 2018;

On the basis of Decision No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM GEODETIC, CARTOGRAPHIC AND GEO-INFORMATION AGENCY AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT;

THE MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON THE LIST OF POPULAR NAMES, TOPOGRAPHIC, HYDROGRAPHIC, AND ECONOMIC-SOCIAL PLACE NAMES FOR THE TASK OF ESTABLISHING THE PROVINCE OF KON TUM MAP.

Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE LIST OF POPULAR NAMES, TOPOGRAPHIC, HYDROGRAPHIC, AND ECONOMIC-SOCIAL PLACE NAMES FOR THE TASK OF ESTABLISHING THE PROVINCE OF KON TUM MAP.

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JULY 1, 2021.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
