CIRCULAR
Issuing the Regulations on the National Science and Technology Research Competition for Secondary School Students and High School Students
for middle school and high school students
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2019;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2022/NĐ-CP dated October 24, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2018/NĐ-CP dated September 21, 2018 of the Government stipulating responsibilities for state management of education;
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular to promulgate the Admissions Regulations for Secondary Schools and High Schools.
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular on the Regulations on the National Science and Technology Research Competition for Secondary School Students and High School Students. national science and technology research programs for middle school and high school students.
Article 1. These Regulations on the National Science and Technology Research Competition for Secondary School Students and High School Students are promulgated together with this Circular.
Article 2. Effectiveness
1. This Circular takes effect from May 27, 2024.
2. This Circular replaces Circular No. 38/2012/TT-BGDĐT dated November 2, 2012 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Regulations on the National Science and Technology Research Competition for Secondary School Students and High School Students and Circular No. 32/2017/TT-BGDĐT dated December 19, 2017 of the Minister of Education and Training amending and supplementing certain articles of the Regulations on the National Science and Technology Research Competition for Secondary School Students and High School Students promulgated together with Circular No. 38/2012/TT-BGDĐT dated November 2, 2012.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Department of Secondary Education, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees and Municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government, Directors of Departments of Education and Training, related agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
