CIRCULAR
ISSUING QCVN 10:2024/BXD TECHNICAL REGULATION ON CONSTRUCTION OF FACILITIES TO ENSURE ACCESSIBILITY FOR USE
WHEREAS Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
WHEREAS Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations and Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP;
WHEREAS Decree No. 52/2022/NĐ-CP dated August 8, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology, and Environment;
The Minister of Construction issues this Circular to promulgate QCVN 10:2024/BXD National Technical Regulation on Construction of Facilities to Ensure Accessibility for Use.

Attached to this Circular is the National Technical Regulation on Construction of Facilities to Ensure Accessibility for Use, code number QCVN 10:2024/BXD.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentEffectiveness
1. This Circular shall take effect from February 1, 2025.
2. Repeal Circular No. 21/2014/TT-BXD dated December 29, 2014 of the Minister of Construction on the issuance of the National Technical Regulation on Construction of Facilities to Ensure Access for People with Disabilities, code number QCVN 10:2014/BXD./
