CIRCULAR
REGULATING ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR PREVENTIVE HEALTH SERVICES IN THE FIELD OF DISEASE CONTROL AT PUBLIC HEALTH FACILITIES
Pursuant to the Price Law dated June 19, 2023;
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2024/NĐ-CP dated July 10, 2024 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Price Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2019/NĐ-CP dated April 10, 2019 of the Government stipulating the assignment of tasks, ordering goods or services, or tendering for the provision of public products and services using state budget funds from regular expenditure;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 95/2022/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 15, 2022 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE PREVENTIVE MEDICINE AGENCY;
THE MINISTER OF HEALTH ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR REGULATING ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR PREVENTIVE HEALTH SERVICES y IN THE FIELD OF DISEASE CONTROL AT PUBLIC HEALTH FACILITIES.
Article 1. Scope of Regulation
THIS CIRCULAR REGULATES ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR PREVENTIVE HEALTH SERVICES IN THE FIELD OF DISEASE CONTROL AT PUBLIC HEALTH FACILITIES.
ARTICLE 2. ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR PREVENTIVE HEALTH SERVICES IN THE FIELD OF DISEASE CONTROL AT PUBLIC HEALTH FACILITIES
ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR 314 PREVENTIVE HEALTH SERVICES IN THE FIELD OF DISEASE CONTROL AT PUBLIC HEALTH FACILITIES.
Article 3. Effectiveness
THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MARCH 4, 2025.
Article 4. Responsibilities for Implementation
THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT, DIRECTOR OF THE PREVENTIVE MEDICINE AGENCY. HEADS OF UNITS UNDER AND SUBORDINATE TO THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH; DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE HEALTH DEPARTMENTS AND CITY HEALTH DEPARTMENTS DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS, ENTITIES, AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR. IF THERE ARE ANY DIFFICULTIES OR OBSTACLES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS, THEY ARE URGED TO TIMELY REFLECT THEM IN WRITING TO THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH (PREVENTIVE MEDICINE AGENCY) FOR CONSIDERATION AND RESOLUTION.
