Abolishing in its entiretyone legal normative document
issued by the National Audit Office
Based on the Law on National Audit No. 81/2015/QH13, amended and supplemented by Law No. 55/2019/QH14;
Based on the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents No. 64/2025/QH15, amended and supplemented by Law No. 87/2025/QH15;
Based on Circular No. 78/2025/NĐ-CP dated April 1, 2025 of the Government, detailing certain provisions and measures to organize, guide, and implement the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents amended and supplemented by Circular No. 187/2025/NĐ-CP;
In accordance with the proposal of the Head of the Legislative Affairs Department;
The National Audit Office hereby issues this Circular to abolish in its entirety Decision No. 01/2008/QĐ-KTNN dated January 29, 2008, issued by the National Audit Office on a Program of Action for Vigorously Promoting Administrative Reform and Enhancing the Effectiveness and Efficiency of National Audit Management.
Article 1. Abolishing in its entiretyone legal normative document issued by the National Audit Office
This Circular abolishes in its entirety Decision No. 01/2008/QĐ-KTNN dated January 29, 2008, issued by the National Audit Office on a Program of Action for Vigorously Promoting Administrative Reform and Enhancing the Effectiveness and Efficiency of National Audit Management.
Article 2. Implementation Clause
This Circular shall take effect from May 1, 2026. The heads of subordinate units of the National Audit Office and all relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
