VIEWING THE CORRECTION OF CIRCULAR No. 23/2019/TT-BNNPTNT dated November 30, 2019 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding certain provisions of the Livestock Law regarding livestock activities.MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENTPursuant to Decree No. 15/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;
At the request of the Director of the Livestock Production Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1. Correct certain technical errors in Circular No. 23/2019/TT-BNNPTNT dated November 30, 2019 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding certain provisions of the Livestock Law regarding livestock activities as follows:

1. Clause 2 of Article 5: delete the phrase "source of water supply for community residents".

2. Clause 3 of Article 5: add the phrase "source of water supply for community residents" after the word “market”.Article 2.

This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance and is an integral part of Circular No. 23/2019/TT-BNNPTNT dated November 30, 2019 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding certain provisions of the Livestock Law regarding livestock activities.

Article 3.

The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Livestock Production Department, heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.

In Clause 3 of Article 5, add the phrase "water supply sources for community residents" after the word "market".

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature and is an integral part of Circular No. 23/2019/TT-BNNPTNT dated November 30, 2019, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding certain provisions of the Livestock Law regarding livestock activities.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Livestock Production Department, and the heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision../.
