DECREE-LAW
NO. 60/SL OF APRIL 10, 1958
PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 121-SL of July 11, 1950 established the Ministry of National Defense and General Staff;
UPON THE PROPOSAL of the Minister of National Defense and General Staff approved by the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THIS DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1: The Military Training General Department is hereby established under the Ministry of National Defense and General Staff.
The Military Training General Department shall have the task of assisting the Minister of National Defense and General Staff in directing military training for officers and soldiers of all branches throughout the army, directing educational institutions of the armed forces, and directing reserve force training.
Article 2: The organizational structure of the Military Training General Department shall be determined by the Minister of National Defense and General Staff.
Article 3: The Minister of National Defense and General Staff is responsible for implementing this Decree-Order.
