THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 121-SL OF JULY 11, 1950, ESTABLISHING THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE - CHIEF OF GENERAL STAFF;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 060-SL OF APRIL 10, 1958, ESTABLISHING THE MILITARY TRAINING GENERAL DEPARTMENT UNDER THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE - CHIEF OF GENERAL STAFF;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE - CHIEF OF GENERAL STAFF, APPROVED BY THE STATE COUNCIL;
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1: NOW APPOINT:
- MAJOR GENERAL HOANG VAN THAI, DEPUTY CHIEF OF THE GENERAL STAFF, TO ALSO SERVE AS DIRECTOR OF THE MILITARY TRAINING GENERAL DEPARTMENT.
- MR. TRAN VAN TRA, FORMER DEPUTY CHIEF OF THE GENERAL STAFF, TO SERVE AS ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF THE MILITARY TRAINING GENERAL DEPARTMENT.
Article 2: THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE - CHIEF OF GENERAL STAFF SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE.
