DECREE-LAW
NO. 64/SL OF APRIL 22, 1958
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 33-SL of March 22, 1946 and Decree-Law No. 71-SL of May 22, 1946 established the rules for the People's Army of Vietnam;
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 121-SL of July 11, 1950 organized the Ministry of National Defense - Chief of General Staff;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE - CHIEF OF GENERAL STAFF,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1: Appoints Mr. Tran Van Quang, former Director of the Operations Department under the General Staff Office, to hold the position of Deputy Chief of General Staff concurrently with the Director of the Operations Department.
Article 2: The Minister of National Defense and Chief of General Staff is responsible for implementing this Decree-Law.
