DECREE-LAW
NO. 65/SL OF APRIL 22, 1958
PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 33-SL of March 22, 1946 and Decree-Law No. 71-SL of May 22, 1946 established the rules for the People's Army of Vietnam;
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 121-SL of July 11, 1950 organized the Ministry of National Defense - General Staff;
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 46-SL of October 16, 1957 established the Personnel Department under the Ministry of National Defense - General Staff;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE - GENERAL STAFF,
ISSUES THIS DECREE-LAW:
Article 1: Appoints Mr. Nguyen Van Vinh, former Deputy Director of the Personnel Department, to serve as Acting Director of the Personnel Department under the Ministry of National Defense - General Staff.
Article 2: The Minister of National Defense - General Staff is responsible for implementing this Decree-Law.
