DECREE-LAW
NO. 66/SL OF APRIL 22, 1958
PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 33-SL of March 22, 1946 and Decree-Law No. 71-SL of May 22, 1946 established the rules for the People's Army of Vietnam;
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 121-SL of July 11, 1950 organized the Ministry of National Defense and General Staff;
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 017-SL of June 3, 1957 established Military Zones;
UPON THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE AND GENERAL STAFF,
ISSUES THIS DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1: Appoints Mr. Vu Nhat, a Division Commander-level cadre, to the position of Deputy Political Commissar of the Northwest Military Zone.
Article 2: The Minister of National Defense and General Staff is responsible for implementing this Decree-Order.
