Regarding the recognition of agricultural testing laboratories
On the basis of Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development,
On the basis of Decision No. 139 dated October 11, 1999 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the issuance of the "Regulation on Recognition and Management of Agricultural Testing Laboratories",
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department - Quality Assurance.

Article 1. Recognize the Plant Variety Testing Laboratory of the Southern Plant Variety Company as an agricultural testing laboratory.
Article 2. The laboratory shall have a seal with code 01, having the form and content as set out in the attached annex, this seal shall only be used for test results.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature, the Heads of the Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department - CLSP, the General Director of the Southern Plant Variety Company, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
