THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE
Pursuant to Decree No. 62/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 6, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;
Pursuant to Decree No. 171/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 29, 2004 of the Government on the organization of specialized agencies under the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities;
Pursuant to Circular Joint No. 04/2005/TTLT-TP-NV dated May 5, 2005 of the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Home Affairs guiding the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of specialized agencies assisting the People's Committees in state management of judicial work at the local level;
Pursuant to Decision No. 82/2004/QD-BNV dated November 17, 2004 of the Minister of Home Affairs on the issuance of the Director Standard for Departments and equivalent positions under the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued with this Decision is the Director Standard for the Department of Justice.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 928/QD/TC dated November 29, 1994 of the Minister of Justice on the issuance of the Professional Standard for the Director of the Department of Justice.
Article 3. The Chairperson of the People's Committee of provinces and centrally governed cities is responsible for implementing this Decision./.
