Issuing Regulations on Quality Vocational Training Inspectors

THE MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;

At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training General Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. These Regulations on Quality Vocational Training Inspectors are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.

Article 2This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of central agencies under the Government, Heads of central organizations of political-social organizations having affiliated vocational training institutions; Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees and municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government; Directors of Departments of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Heads of the Office of the Ministry, Directors General of the Vocational Training General Department, Heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
