MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT
WHEREAS Decree No. 25/2008/ND-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
WHEREAS Decision No. 01/2008/QD-BNV dated August 4, 2008 of the Minister of Home Affairs on issuing titles and ranks for civil servants in the field of natural resources and environment; and document No. 2333/BNV-CCVC dated August 4, 2008 of the Ministry of Home Affairs reviewing business standards for ranks of civil servants in the field of natural resources and environment;
CONSIDERING the proposals of the Heads of the Departments of Cadre Organization and Legal Affairs;.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO WITH THIS DECISION Business Standards for Ranks of Civil Servants in the Field of Natural Resources and Environment.
Article 2. Business Standards for Ranks of Civil Servants in the Field of Natural Resources and Environment serve as the basis for implementing recruitment, utilization, and management of the civil servant workforce in the field of natural resources and environment.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. THE MINISTER, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES, AND CHAIRMEN OF CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
