Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
In consideration of Circular No. 2832/UBND-VX dated May 28, 2007 of the People's Committee of Hanoi City and the monument dossier;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the National Monuments Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. Classification of national monuments:
ARCHITECTURAL ART MONUMENTS
TRUNG YEN TEMPLE
HANG BAC WARD, HOAN KIEM DISTRICT, HANOI CITY
The protected area of the monument is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the monuments classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the monuments within their respective duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the National Monuments Administration, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Hanoi City, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
