Regarding the issuance of Typical Designs

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2008/NĐ-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department, National Architecture Research Institute (now the Institute of Architecture, Urban Planning and Rural Areas) at Circular No. 80/NCKTQG-DHH dated April 4, 2008;
DECISION:
Article 1. The following 04 sets of typical design models are hereby issued together with this Decision:
1- Typical design model for the administrative office of central state agencies.
2- Typical design model for the offices of provincial/municipal departments, committees, and sectors.
3- Typical design model for the People's Council and People's Committee office at district level.
4- Typical design model for the working office of the People's Council and People's Committee at ward level.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, and the Heads of relevant units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
