THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2008/NĐ-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. Issuing the National Technical Regulations on Fire Safety for Buildings and Structures, code number QCVN 06:2010/BXD.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 17, 2010.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
