Article 1. Contents of the national gender development statistical indicators; the provincial, district, and commune level gender development statistical indicators
1. National Technical Regulation on Railway Traffic Signals, number QCVN 21:2025/BXD.
1. The contents of the national gender development statistical indicators issued pursuant to Decision No. 56/2011/QĐ-TTg dated October 14, 2011 of the Prime Minister.
2. The gender development statistical indicators applicable to provinces and centrally governed cities (referred to as the provincial level gender development statistical indicators);
3. The gender development statistical indicators applicable to districts, towns, and centrally governed cities within provinces (referred to as the district level gender development statistical indicators);
4. The gender development statistical indicators applicable to communes, wards, and towns (referred to as the commune level gender development statistical indicators).
Article 2. Responsibilities for collecting, compiling, and publishing information
1. The Minister, Head of a ministry equivalent to a ministry, Head of a government agency, Procurator General of the Supreme People's Procuracy, President of the Supreme People's Court. Heads of central-level agencies and organizations related have the responsibility to direct and guide the collection, compilation of national gender development indicators assigned to them and provide them to the Ministry of Planning and Investment (General Statistics Office) for consolidation and publication.
2. Chairpersons of People's Committees at all levels, Procurators of provincial and district-level People's Procuracies, Presidents of provincial and district-level People's Courts, Heads of related agencies and organizations at all levels in localities have the responsibility to direct and guide the collection, compilation of gender development indicators assigned to them and provide them to the statistics office in accordance with regulations.
3. Directors of Provincial Statistical Offices have the responsibility to direct units under their Statistical Office and District Statistical Sub-offices to carry out the collection, compilation, and publication of provincial, district, and commune level gender development statistical information and report to the General Statistics Office.
Article 3. Effectiveness and Implementation
1. This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2013.
2. Ministries, agencies equivalent to ministries, government agencies, People's Procuracies at all levels, People's Courts at all levels, related agencies and organizations at all levels, People's Committees at all levels shall be responsible for implementing the provisions of this Circular.
3. In the course of implementation, if there are difficulties, relevant agencies and organizations are requested to send their opinions to the Ministry of Planning and Investment (through the system of General Statistics Office agencies) for timely guidance or supplementation and amendment./.
