CIRCULAR
Issuing National Technical Regulations on respiratory protection equipment - dust filters

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/ND-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Product and Goods Quality;
After receiving the appraisal opinion of the Ministry of Science and Technology at Circular No. 3421/BKHCN-TDC dated December 30, 2011, the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs issues the National Technical Regulations on respiratory protection equipment - Dust Filters as follows:
Article 1. The National Technical Regulations on respiratory protection equipment - Dust Filters are hereby issued together with this Circular.

Article 2. The National Technical Regulations on respiratory protection equipment - Dust Filters shall take effect six months from the date of issuance of this Circular.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees under central cities, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementation./.
