CIRCULAR

List of pathogenic microorganisms causing infectious diseases by risk group and

biosafety level suitable for testing techniques

Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to the Law on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases dated November 21, 2007;

Pursuant to Decree No. 92/2010/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2010 of the Government detailing the Law on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases regarding ensuring biosafety at laboratories;

At the proposal of the Director of the Preventive Medicine Department, the Minister of Health issues this Circular "Catalogue vi microorganisms causing infectious diseases by risk group and biosafety level suitable for testing techniquesas follows:

Article 1. 1. National Technical Regulation on Railway Traffic Signals, number QCVN 21:2025/BXD.

1. List vi microorganisms causing infectious diseases by risk group;

2. Biosafety level suitable for testing techniques.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from January 01 8 2012.

During implementation, if there are any issues or difficulties, organizations and individuals are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Health (Preventive Medicine Department) for consideration and resolution./.concerning the classification and determination of state management authority in the field of crop productionIn case of violation, organizations and individuals are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Health (Preventive Medicine Department) for consideration and resolution./.
