Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Food Safety Law dated June 17, 2010;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT CULTIVATION DEPARTMENT;
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUES NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON VEGETABLES, FRUITS, AND RAW TEA.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON VEGETABLES, FRUITS, AND RAW TEA TO MEET THE CONDITIONS TO ENSURE FOOD SAFETY DURING PRODUCTION AND PREPARATION.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR TAKES EFFECT FROM JULY 22, 2013.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT CULTIVATION DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION.
During implementation, if there are any difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals should promptly report them to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study and amendment./.
