CIRCULAR

Repeal legal regulatory documents within the scope of management

by the State of the Ministry of Finance

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Activities dated June 3, 2008;

Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2009/ND-CP dated March 5, 2009 of the Government detailing and providing implementation measures for the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance.

At the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Customs,

On the basis of consensus with the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Minister of Finance issues this Circular to repeal legal regulatory documents within the scope of management by the State of the Ministry of Finance as follows:

Article 1. Legal Regulatory Documents to be Repealed

Repeal legal regulatory documents within the scope of management by the State of the Ministry of Finance listed in the Appendix attached hereto.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from February 25, 2013.

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

The Director of the General Department of Customs, the Head of the Legal Department, units under the Ministry, and related agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
