CIRCULAR
Issuing Regulations on Joint Training at the University Level
Pursuant to the Higher Education Law No. 08/2012/QH13 dated June 18, 2012;
Pursuant to the Vocational Education Law No. 74/2014/QH13 dated November 27, 2014;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 123/2016/NĐ-CP dated September 1, 2016 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 115/2010/NĐ-CP dated December 24, 2010 of the Government stipulating responsibilities for state management of education;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 141/2013/NĐ-CP dated October 24, 2013 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Higher Education Law;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Higher Education,
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular issuing Regulations on Joint Training at the University Level:
Article 1. These Regulations are promulgated along with this Circular on Joint Training at the University Level.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from May 1, 2017 and replaces the contents regarding joint training at the university level in Decision No. 42/2008/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated July 28, 2008 issued by the Minister of Education and Training on regulations for joint training at the intermediate vocational, college, and university levels.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Department of Higher Education, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; Heads of higher education institutions; organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
