CIRCULAR
Issuing National Technical Regulations on Aquatic Feed

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Documents dated June 22, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Fisheries Law dated November 21, 2017;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 26/2019/NĐ-CP dated March 8, 2019 of the Government detailing some provisions and measures for implementing the Fisheries Law;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment and the General Director of the Fisheries General Department;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues the National Technical Regulations on Aquatic Feed.
Article 1. These National Technical Regulations on Aquatic Feed are promulgated together with this Circular.
1. Aquatic Feed. Part 1: Mixed Feed.
Designation: QCVN 02-31-1: 2019/BNNPTNT.
2. Aquatic Feed. Part 2: Supplement Feed.
Code: QCVN 02-31-2: 2019/BNNPTNT.
3. Aquatic Feed. Part 3: Fresh and Live Feed.
Code: QCVN 02-31-3: 2019/BNNPTNT.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 1, 2020
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office; the Heads of the Science, Technology and Environment Department; the Director of the Fisheries General Department; the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry; the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development; and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
During the implementation process, if there are difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study, amendment, and supplementation./.
