CIRCULAR
Bpromulgating Regulations on the organization and operation of sports-gifted secondary schools
of the secondary school for talented athletes in physical education and sports
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2019;
Pursuant to the Physical Education and Sports Law dated November 29, 2006; and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Physical Education and Sports Law dated June 14, 2018;
Pursuant to Decree No.69/2017/NĐ-CPdated May 25, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Physical Education;
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular promulgating Regulations on the organization and operation of sports-gifted secondary schools. functions and operations of the secondary school for talented athletes in physical education and sports.
Article 1. This Circular annexes the Regulations on the organization and operation of sports-gifted secondary schools.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from April 27, 2021 and replaces Decision No. 32/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated July 11, 2003 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating Regulations on the organization and operation of sports-gifted classes in secondary education.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, Directors of the Department of Physical Education, Heads of units under the Ministry of Education and Training; Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities; Directors of Departments of Education and Training, Departments of Education, Science and Technology in Bac Lieu Province, Directors of Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Principals of sports-gifted secondary schools; relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
