CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE "NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON CLASSIFICATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF FISHING BOATS WITH A MAXIMUM LENGTH FROM 12 METERS TO UNDER 24 METERS"
having the greatest length from twelve meters to less than twenty-four meters
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE FISHERIES AGENCY AND THE DEPARTMENT HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT;
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUES THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON CLASSIFICATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF FISHING BOATS WITH A MAXIMUM LENGTH FROM 12 METERS TO UNDER 24 METERS.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON CLASSIFICATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF FISHING BOATS WITH A MAXIMUM LENGTH FROM 12 METERS TO UNDER 24 METERS.
CODE: QCVN 02-35:2021/BNNPTNT.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM SEPTEMBER 8, 2021.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DEPARTMENT HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE FISHERIES AGENCY, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT’S UNITS INVOLVED, THE HEADS OF ASSOCIATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
