Repealing part of Circular No. 71/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 25, 2011

issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on technical regulations

in the field of national veterinary medicine

Decree No. 105/2022/NĐ-CP dated December 22, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29 2006;

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents No. 64/2025/QH15 amended and supplemented by Law No. 87/2025/QH15; June 22 2015;

Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents June 18, 2020;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP dated January 1 8 year 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations; Decree No. 78/2018/ND-CP dated November the 5 yeart s 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP dated January 1 the 8 year 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated April the 5 year 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents and Decree No. 154/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing certain Articles of Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated April the 5 year 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents;

At the proposal of Director of the Department of Animal Health, Head of the Science, Technology and Environment Department;

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues this Circular to repeal part of Circular No. 71/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 25, 2011 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on national technical standards in the field of veterinary medicine.

Article 1. Repealing part of Circular No. 71/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 25, 2011 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on national technical standards in the field of veterinary medicine

Repeal Clause 2, Clause 3, Article 1 of Circular No. 71/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 25, 2011 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on national technical standards in the field of veterinary medicine. Repeal the following national technical standards:

1. National technical standard: Aquaculture production facilities for commercial purposes - Veterinary hygiene conditions. Code: QCVN 01 - 80: 2011/BNNPTNT.

2. National technical standard: Aquatic animal breeding production and trading facilities - Veterinary hygiene conditions. Code: QCVN 01 - 81: 2011/BNNPTNT.

Article 2. Implementation clause

This Circular takes effect from November 11, 2023.
